After looking at the serious side of Facebook application development earlier in the week, here at the Xcite Digital office we’ve decided to let our hair down this Friday and take a look at some of the lighter sides to Facebook life. So how many of you have heard of Lamebook.com? This popular site is the home and resting place for all  ‘Facebook Funnies’. Put your branding marketing and social media strategies to one side for the moment and enter a world that’s sure to make you groan, laugh, or quickly defriend one of your connections. The slightly sinister (yet appealing) side of this site is that all screenshots are sent in by other Facebook users; your “friends!” Content ranges from the obvious typos, updates that are a little too personal and photos that would even make Hugh Hefner blush… But it will make you laugh – especially if your Facebook feed is generally spared from the collection of gaffes, mistakes and general idiocy these folk put up with!
